November to March: £295. (excluding Christmas and New Year.)
Deposit: £70.
Electricity, gas and linen included.

Cottage
April, May, June, September and October: £350.
July and August £380.
November to March: £275. (excluding Christmas and New Year.)
Deposit: £70.
Heating (meter reading.) Electricty metered. Logs at cost. Linen included.

Short breaks : 3 days from £135.

Pets accepted by arrangement: £10 per week.
Cheques to be made payable to Mrs M.A. Townson.
Time of arrival between 3.00pm and 5.00pm. Time of departure 10.00am.
Car parking provided plus secure area for bicycles.
